It’s taken California only a single decade to do the right thing and tell people how and why they should reduce cell phone radiation. In fact, it took far more… than four decades for the state to act on the dangers of tobacco in the 1990s even though the earliest scientific warnings about tobacco risks were reported in the 1950s. The legal age for smoking in California was raised to 21 just last year and landlords were permitted to ban smoking in 2012.
