Professor Yuri Grigoriev, chairman of RNCNIRP (Russian National Committee on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) has circulated a memorandum expressing a strong belief that current EMF standards are inadequate, and wholly fail to address the increased susceptibility of children:
“EMF of mobile telephones – children belong to a group of increased risk. A scientific database for an estimation of danger is lacking. The existing standards do not correspond to new RF EMF radiating conditions.”
